We currently have an opening in our Clarksburg, MD office for an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead - 2nd Shift in Manufacturing Operations. Second shift hours are 2:30 pm to 12:00 am.2nd shift candidates must be able to train on 1st shift for up to 8 weeks from 5:00 am to 2:30 pm. The Team Lead oversees multiple product lines and is responsible for leading test technicians and assembly operations, including circuit card testing, final assembly and test, and all related process development activities. Supervisory Responsibilities This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's operating policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities can include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; creating effective staff plans - assigning and directing work; performance appraisals, rewarding and management of employee discipline when required; and addressing complaints and resolving conflicts. Active mentoring and development of staff is a critical element of the supervisory responsibilities to create a highly performing cohesive team. The hourly pay range for this role is $36.65 to $46.83 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 5%. Once training on 1st shift is successfully completed, employees will transition to 2nd shift and become eligible for an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above.
