DIRECTOR, PROCUREMENT The Director of Procurement is responsible for overseeing Six Side Supply's daily procurement operations, including establishing core processes and mentoring, managing, and building the procurement team to ensure efficiency, innovation, and effective project delivery. This role requires a driven, hands-on leader who will develop and implement operational procedures, standard work, and scalable systems while driving continuous improvement across the organization. Six Side Supply operates within the McGough Family of Companies as a dedicated supply chain and procurement partner supporting construction projects. The company works closely with McGough Construction-currently its primary customer-to streamline procurement, strengthen vendor relationships, and improve cost, schedule, and quality performance across projects. This close alignment allows Six Side Supply to scale operations while delivering added value to McGough and external customers. This individual will collaborate closely with Six Side and McGough leadership to scale the business, strengthen operational discipline, and continuously identify areas for growth, expanded scope, and added value. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where structure is being built and refined. The role also requires occasional visits to construction sites, where the employee may be exposed to dust, dirt, uneven surfaces, outdoor weather conditions, and extreme temperatures. *************************************************************************************************************************************** In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $135,000 to $170,000, excluding fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you join McGough, your final base salary will be determined by several factors, including geography, location, skills, education, and experience. Furthermore, we place significant value on pay equity among our current team members as part of any final job offer. Please note that the range provided above reflects the hiring range for this role. Hiring near the top end of this range would be atypical, as we aim to allow room for future salary growth. Additionally, McGough offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
