We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales Intern to join our diverse and experienced team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in sales, account management, negotiations, value selling, pricing strategies, sales pipeline management, new products and applications development, competitive intelligence, SIOP process (Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning) and much more, supporting the Regional Sales Manager in the execution of strategies and continuous improvement activities in the commercial area. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing our regional sales strategy aligned with the global strategy for the EPM division, helping to increase sales and profitability, focusing to always deliver a greater customer experience.

Our program will run from May 18th, 2026 through July 31st , 2026. You will be onsite 5 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Sales process: assist in improving existing standard work instruction documents, write new documents and support the correct implementation within the sales organization.
  • Sales management: gain experience on account management, supporting our Key Account Managers to improve the forecast process, support negotiations and pricing strategies, in collaboration with our pricing team. Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the reporting of automotive and industrial forecast data, using existing and/or new sources.
  • Pipeline management: elaborate monthly pipeline update report, including number of opportunities, opportunity health status, pipeline size, new business wins and losses report, capturing information from the Power BI system and account managers, supporting on tracking our New Business Awards metric in the region. Participate on monthly pipeline review meetings, ensuring that the opportunities are up to date, following up in a regular basis with the account managers to ensure accuracy of the information.
  • Pipeline development: work in collaboration with the sales, technology and application engineering teams to assist in the development of new applications and products, following priorities and key strategies for the division. Execute a quarterly update meeting between sales, technology and AE areas to ensure alignment and proper prioritization of projects.
  • Business Development: assist the Business Development personal in the development of key strategies to grow our business, aligned with our division's strategic goals, supporting the research process, strategy deployment and action plan execution.
  • CRM management: assist the creation, refinement, and communication of a monthly call report for the sales team, reporting the number of interactions, travels, cold calls, and trip reports generated by the sales team, extracting important action plans and following up with the account managers.
  • Marketing activities: support the local and global marketing managers in the execution of webinars, tradeshows, customer trainings and other events, building a annual schedule and providing a monthly update to the leadership team.
  • SIOP process: actively participate in the forecast review meetings, assisting the team to get information from customers and account managers, helping to achieve a better forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or other related fields.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and presentation building skills.
  • Familiarity with business management and negotiations.
  • Basic understanding of business practices, value selling, project management and pricing.
  • Familiarity with Business Development and Marketing processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools (e.g.: Power BI, Sales Force, MS Dynamics) will be a differential.
