We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Preconstruction to join our Data Center (DTC) team. This role leads the end to end proposal process for preconstruction activities across the regional business, ensuring timely, accurate submissions that support Exyte DTC's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and experienced in managing complex bids within the data center construction industry. They will provide clear leadership throughout the pursuit lifecycle, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling, compliant proposals that align with Exyte's values and standards. This role works closely with opportunity management, business development, engineering, procurement, estimating, project delivery, and executive leadership to develop customer focused proposals that drive growth. Success requires exceptional project management skills, strong communication, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders in delivering winning solutions. Explore your tasks and responsibilities
Proposal Development: Own the proposal development and documentation (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, presentations, executive summaries, commercials). Collaboration: Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle, from RFP/RFQ to final submission. Compliance: Own the proposal documentation (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, presentations, executive summaries, commercials). Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews of all proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and answer questions and provide additional information as required. Reporting: Track and report bid progress, risks, and dependencies to senior management.Prepare regular reports on proposal activities, success rates, and areas for improvement.
