Executive Director — La Crosse County Housing Authority The La Crosse County Housing Authority (LCHA) is seeking a dedicated leader to serve as our next Executive Director following the retirement of our long-tenured director after 35 years of distinguished public service. Since 1972, LCHA has been committed to providing quality, affordable rental housing for limited-income families and seniors across La Crosse County, including communities in Holmen, Onalaska, West Salem, Bangor, Mindoro, and French Island. Our portfolio includes over 290 units managed by a dedicated team of professionals. The Executive Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of all LCHA programs, staff, and properties under the guidance of our five-member volunteer Board of Commissioners.
