Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Technology Portfolio Management Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

The Senior Technology Portfolio Management Analyst independently executes core Technology Portfolio Management activities and serves as the primary back-up to a Lead Technology Portfolio Manager. This role is accountable for managing defined portfolio components, ensuring data integrity, supporting governance routines, delivering accurate financial and capacity insights, and coordinating activities. The role operates with limited supervision, applying seasoned judgment to resolve moderately complex issues, and escalates risks and decisions that exceed defined authority.

Responsibilities:
  • Independently execute assigned portfolio management activities including intake, prioritization workflows, and governance routines
  • Serve as operational back-up to the Lead TPM for defined portfolio areas
  • Monitor alignment to RTB/CTB classification and governance standards; escalate exceptions as needed
  • Own forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis for assigned portfolios or programs
  • Partner with Finance and Business Services Leaders to validate headcount, budget, and spend
  • Coordinate AU and cost center maintenance activities following governance requirements
  • Prepare recurring portfolio reports, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries
  • Ensure data accuracy across enterprise systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, registry/capacity tools, and financial platforms
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support decision-making
  • Engage cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Business Services
  • Translate portfolio and MTL data into clear insights for senior stakeholders

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent
  • Strong experience in workforce management, analytics, or business execution
  • Solid Financial Background and experience with Capacity Planning
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas) and ability to handle large data volumes
  • Expert-level PowerPoint skills with executive storytelling capability
  • Experience with JIRA and Power BI
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a large enterprise environment

Desired skills:
  • Advanced Power Automate experience building end-to-end workflows
  • Experience supporting or coordinating Move to Leader (MTL) or workforce transition activities
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and collaboration tools
  • Experience with ServiceNow and financial systems

Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59
