Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or delivery roles
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
• Valid driver's license required
  
  
  
  • Upon full-time conversion, may operate a company vehicle to pick up materials
  
  
  
  
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work within established processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Basic computer or scanning system experience (RF scanners preferred)
• Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted (up to 75 lbs. occasionally)
• Frequent walking throughout a large facility
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• Steel-toe shoes required

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver, stock, and organize materials in designated point-of-use (POU) areas
• Replenish and maintain vending machines and inventory cabinets
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory levels
• Follow orders from pickup at the distribution center through delivery and setup at customer sites
• Scan barcodes to track inventory and generate orders
• Maintain and update barcode labels for accurate system tracking
• Monitor inventory levels (min/max, reorder points) and communicate needs to management
• Assist with customer spot-buy orders and relay information to internal teams
• Support cycle counts and annual inventory processes
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas (5S standards)
• Assist with general housekeeping of workspaces and equipment
