How you will make an impact:

We're seeking a passionate and analytical Product Manager to shape the next generation of SiriusXM's Ad Buying Experience - driving innovation, scalability, and seamless integration across our proprietary ad platforms and third-party systems.

In this role, you'll help to define and deliver solutions that streamline buying workflows, enable new business integrations, and unlock revenue opportunities across SiriusXM Media's advertising ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with Senior Product Managers, Go-To-Market, Design, Engineering, and QA teams to enhance platform usability, automate operations, and deliver measurable value for our Advertising customers and internal stakeholders across Revenue, Finance, and Analytics.

Key initiatives will focus on:

  • Optimizing ad tech systems for efficiency, transparency, and scale.

  • Expanding integrations with external partners and 3P tools to extend buying capabilities.

  • Enhancing the advertiser experience through data-driven insights, automation, and intuitive workflows.

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on product thinker who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving complex platform challenges, and brings a collaborative, customer-obsessed mindset. You'll help shape how advertisers interact with our platforms and play a pivotal role in driving the next wave of revenue growth across SiriusXM Media.

What you'll do:

  • Track and anticipate market trends in ad technology, programmatic buying, and platform integrations to ensure SiriusXM Media's Ad Buying Experience evolves ahead of customer and industry needs.

  • Translate stakeholder goals from Advertisers, SiriusXM Ad Revenue Organization, Ad Product Marketing, Finance, and Analytics into clear product requirements and actionable priorities that drive adoption, efficiency, and revenue growth.

  • Work with manager/teammates to help define and drive the product vision and roadmap for key components of SiriusXM Media's ad buying buying ecosystem - including planning, campaign management, reporting, billing, and partner integrations - ensuring cohesive experiences across internal and third-party systems.

  • Leverage data and insights to guide product decisions, validate feature impact, and inform roadmap prioritization in alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for your product area - articulating the what and why of key initiatives, writing detailed requirements, and driving clarity across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Champion integration excellence, ensuring seamless interoperability between SiriusXM's proprietary systems and external ad tech partners, enabling scalable, data-driven buying experiences.

  • Collaborate across teams including go-to-market, design, engineering, QA, sales, ad operations, and finance to design, create, and launch ad buying platform features that deliver operational efficiencies, support revenue growth and deliver key results for org/company objectives.

What you'll need:

  • 3-5 years software product management experience.

  • Very familiar with the tools and operational workflows of the digital and/or broadcast ad buying industries from pre-sale through post-sale including planning, trafficking, optimization, billing, and revenue recognition.

  • Experience using buy side or sell side ad systems, proprietary or 3rd party.

  • Experience working with engineering and QA teams in building and launching ad technology features end-to-end.

  • Strong analytical background and proficiency in assessing the value of features to inform roadmap priorities and being able to justify the approach to stakeholders.

  • Curiosity; you help uncover the "why" for the challenges that are being investigated.

  • Determined; able to use unorthodox, non traditional approaches to get the job done.

  • Self-motivated; able to own projects and work independently with limited guidance.

  • A problem solver that thrives on solving complex business and technical issues.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, confident and capable in bringing groups together, elicit feedback, and synthesize information into clear communications and action plans.

  • Takes direction from senior level IC PMs.

  • Must have a legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $113,500 to $135,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
