Multi Language Teacher

STRIDE Academy has multiple openings for a Multi Language Teacher role. The position is
based out of STRIDE Academy Elementary School in St. Cloud, MN, but may involve some
additional teaching responsibilities at the STRIDE Academy Middle School in St, Cloud, MN. Develop and deliver engaging lessons that comply with state and national standards. Prepare materials and classrooms for ESL related class activities. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet student’s varying needs and interests. $58,023.00 to $66,817/yr., commensurate with experience. Req’s: BS (or foreign equiv.) in Teaching ESL, Education, with a specialization in ESL, or a related field, plus 1 yr. of classroom exp. (1) working with recently arrived English Learners; (2) using classroom technology programs (Clever, Rapid Identity, Skyward, Power School, and/or Class Link); and (3) preparing students for ACCESS and other state-administered assessments. Position also requires an Educator License issued by the MN Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board authorizing the applicant to teach ESL.
