What We're Looking For:

You are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about maintaining a seamless digital guest experience. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to the success of your team and the overall business.

Who You Are:

  • Strong understanding of Central Reservation System (CRS), Brand.com, and Global Distribution System (GDS).

  • A proven track record of success in database management, with experience in the travel and hospitality industry

  • Ability to troubleshoot problems while optimizing digital performance

What You Will Do:

  • Act as the primary contact for CRS, Brand.com, and GDS-related business process issues across revenue management, sales, and marketing.

  • Maintain and optimize hotel content across CRS, Brand.com, and GDS databases, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

  • Coordinate team activities, provide training, and oversee daily operations, including task assignments and progress updates.

  • Address ad hoc requests from the field and home office efficiently and effectively.

  • Optimize site content through website template improvements and on-site SEO initiatives.

  • Create engaging Special Offer landing pages for all properties.

  • Manage rate entries and modifications in various systems as requested, including new hotel setups and rate plans.

  • Ensure smooth interface between GDS and CRS for accurate rate and inventory management.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks and test sells following data content standards.

  • Monitor and manage access levels for Opera Channel Management users.

  • Generate regular reports on channel performance and production metrics.

  • Other duties as assigned

Your Experience Includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Data Analytics, a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 2years of experience in distribution, revenue management, or data analysis within the hospitality industry.
  • 2 years of technical experience in managing reservation systems, e-commerce platforms, and distribution channels.

  • 3+ years of experience with Opera Reservation System, e-commerce, Lanyon, and GDS systems.
  • 3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools for reporting and data analysis.

  • 3+ years of experience troubleshooting complex data issues and working with large datasets.

  • Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) preferred but not required.
  • Advanced Excel or SQL certifications preferred.
