We are looking for a high energy, driven, Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is responsible for proactive outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and strategic multi-channel outreach to book qualified meetings for the Sales Team. The SDR will research target accounts, identify key technical and executive stakeholders, and prioritize organizations based on infrastructure fit and growth signals. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to engage senior decision makers in meaningful business conversations. While they don't close the sale, the SDR will collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to break into strategic accounts and support pipeline growth. This role also requires maintaining accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within Salesforce and sales engagement tools. Candidates should be highly driven, coachable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Salary Range
$31/hour - $34/hour The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
