Senior Client Onboarding Coordinator

The Senior Client Onboarding Coordinator provides sales support at the highest level of complexity for Bank products and services within the bank's Shared Services division.

This individual will facilitate workflows by preparing necessary documentation, while ensuring client satisfaction, answering inquiries, addressing account or product discrepancies, and handling escalated support issues. This role supports associates with sales activities intended to solicit business. May provide mentorship for less experienced specialists through knowledge and expertise.

This position is a hybrid role, reporting into the office located at 4950 S. 48^th St. Phoenix, AZ. Office requirements are 3 days per week.

Service & Support - Works directly with individuals to address issues and respond to inquiries. Determines target needs and provides resolution. Handles escalated support issues. Will serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, and post onboarding support client and partner servicing needs.

Product Expert - Offers expertise and serves as a resource to both internal and external parties. Identifies and resolves issues in onboarding and servicing processes.

Documentation - Prepares and inspects documentation presented to clients. This may include new account documentation, service agreements, and implementation forms. Responsible for mitigating risk with documentation accuracy, securing sensitive client information in transmission, and providing appropriate compliance documentation to clients.

Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Support or Customer Service

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidate resides in the Phoenix, AZ area and able to work a hybrid schedule

Previous experience servicing accounts, opening accounts and movement of funds
