Job OverviewThe Director, Credit Risk Management leads the strategic oversight and delivery of fraud, credit, and collections decision engine capabilities across the customer lifecycle, ensuring robust and scalable Tier 1 and Tier 2 solutions. This role is accountable for driving innovation, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced, Agile environment. The Director sets the strategic vision for the development, configuration, and optimization of decisioning platforms, enabling timely, data-driven decisions that manage risk and drive growth. The successful candidate brings deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering enterprise-wide initiatives. This role also serves as a senior leader and advisor, fostering alignment between risk, product, and engineering teams, and ensuring seamless integration of emerging technologies. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
