Product Manager II, Small Commercial

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy Development: Defines and implements product strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.

• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partners with engineering, marketing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure product features meet customer needs and business goals.

• Financial Oversight: Monitors financial performance, and ensures achievement of revenue targets. P&L ownership typically less than $50M in annual sales.

• Leadership: Leads product development for assigned product(s) including product definition and sponsorship.

• Solution Design: Analyzes complex product challenges and designs innovative solutions to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
