Unarmed Security Officer - Night Roving Patrol

As a Security Officer - Night Roving Patrol in Stafford, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support day-to-day operations with clear communication and outstanding customer service. You will document observations, respond to concerns, and partner with site teams using an agile, reliable, and innovative approach. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Control access by greeting entrants, confirming authorization for entry, directing visitors to approved areas, and assisting with badge and/or key control per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events, notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as needed, and following post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other building systems when assigned, and complete required reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift handoff notes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Possess a guard card or license, preferred.
• Hold a CPR certification, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
