As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and badge processes. You will greet staff and visitors, respond to concerns, and document observations with clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of lobbies, corridors, offices, ATM areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or hazards.
• Monitor access control points, alarms, and/or surveillance systems as assigned, and assist with badge and visitor management while maintaining a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and coordinate notifications with site contacts and local emergency services as needed.
• Complete detailed security-related reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation, and communicate observations and/or shift updates to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
