OVERVIEW The Senior Corporate Controls Engineer is responsible for technical leadership, design, and execution of industrial control systems and automation initiatives across American Sugar Holdings manufacturing facilities. This role provides expertise in PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES, and OT systems, supporting plant safety, reliability, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and capacity expansion across the entirety of the manufacturing network. The position leads the controls and automation scope for medium- to large-scale capital projects, including greenfield and brownfield implementations. The Senior Corporate Controls Engineer works closely with Project Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, IT, and external system integrators, providing hands-on technical leadership through design, implementation, commissioning, and startup. This role may mentor junior engineers and contractors but does not have direct supervisor responsibility. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
