Job Summary: The Learning Environment Care Representative is responsible for delivering positive customer experience for clients who purchase loose furniture. This role involves professionally receiving, investigating, processing, and responding to customer inquiries.

Work Location:


  • This will be an on-site/ hybrid role in our Mansfield location.


Compensation Information:


  • Hourly range of $20-$23 plus an annual incentive plan.


What you'll do:

* Supports customers' or sales reps' inquiries via phone, fax, internet, and/or mail regarding orders, returns, shipments, furniture products and services.

* Reviews customer orders, initiates tracers with carriers, no charge replacements, returns and/or credits, and coordinating necessary transportation.

* Partners with the sales team and solicits the sale of new or additional products or services where applicable.

* Partners with associates and/or School Specialty departments, and suppliers to assure customers' expectations are exceeded.

* Identifies and resolves underlying root causes through research and analysis.

* Develops customer, supplier, and product knowledge expertise.

* Provides high-quality interactions and diffuses difficult customer situations in a professional manner.

* Meets or exceeds customer service performance metrics.

* Supports job-sharing responsibilities, ensuring coverage and assisting LE Operations, Sales, and other related departments as needed.

What we expect you to bring to the table:

* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

* Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

* One year of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience

Minimum Required Qualifications:

* One years of customer service-related work experience.

* One year of data entry and keyboarding experience.

* Consistent and regular attendance.

Education and/or Certifications Required:


  • High School Diploma
