HLS II - Conditions Specialist (VA & FHA Refinance) We are looking for detaildriven and relationshipfocused mortgage professionals to join our Conditions Team as HLS II Specialists. In this role, you will work directly with brokers to ensure a smooth and efficient experience while managing key portions of the VA and FHA refinance process. This position requires strong conditions review experience, accuracy, and the ability to manage an endtoend workflow within strict timelines. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate closely with brokers to maintain strong relationships and ensure their needs are consistently met. * Manage and review conditions for VA and FHA refinance files, ensuring all milestones are completed within a 30day turn time. * Handle your assigned portion of the endtoend loan process with precision and compliance to organizational standards. * Support the appraisal team as needed. * Maintain uptodate knowledge of product requirements, including seasoning, payment histories, and streamline guidelines. * Conduct thorough document reviews and issue conditional approvals for VA IRRRL and FHA Streamline loans. Required Skills & Experience * 2+ years of Loan Processing experience (outdated experience welcomed). * Strong background in FHA and VA refinance products and conditions review. * Familiarity with Encompass is preferred. * Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities. * Proficient in Excel and capable of analyzing reports and loan data. * Ability to draft Performance and Needs Plans (PNPs) is a plus. * High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency in a deadlinedriven environment. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
