Position Summary * The Quality Supervisor supports quality improvement initiatives and projects for the clinically integrated network (CIN) through data collection, evaluation, and validation activities, as well asongoing interaction with provider practices to achieve goals and objectives established by the network. Education Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences preferred. Experience Experience/working knowledge of practice improvement processes required. Prefer minimum of 2 years of experience working in a value-based healthcare program, including ACO, CIN, or other shared savings programs with commercial and/or CMS-based payors. Clinical background preferred. Experience with direct supervision of staff is preferred. Schedule:
Monday - Friday ( 8am -4pm)
Skills
* Computer skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel is required * Experience with electronic health records and/or a healthcare database is strongly preferred. * Must have excellent interpersonal skills, self-confident and able to interact with medical personnel. * Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and capable of performing important tasks simultaneously. * Experience in quality improvement and project management skills strongly desirable.
