INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER-ADVANCED MANUFACTURING

Estimated annual base pay: $113,000 (minimum) - $147,000 (midpoint) - $181,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Strategy Development: Designs and implements advanced industrial engineering strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Cross Functional Project Leadership: Leads cross departmental projects, coordinating with various teams to deliver technology driven solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluates and enhances industrial processes through the application of best technological practices to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Expert Advisory: Advises management on complex technical challenges and recommends innovative solutions to drive business success.
  • Complex Problem Resolution: Leads teams in identifying and resolving intricate engineering problems using sophisticated analytical approaches.

  • Business Strategy: Interprets business needs and implements technology solutions to enhance processes or products.
  • Strategic Planning: Develops and executes strategies to improve services through applicable technologies.
  • Relationship Management: Builds and maintains connections with internal and external subject matter experts.
  • Technical Advising: Acts as a trusted advisor to leadership on broad ranging, advanced projects.

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical/Engineering program and 8 years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of robotics, automated manufacturing systems and industrial standards required.
