The Epicor Legal Department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team for Summer 2025. This internship provides a unique opportunity for aspiring legal professionals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative corporate work environment. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with experienced attorneys and paralegals on a variety of legal matters, contributing to real cases and projects. What you will be doing: Help draft and review legal documents, including contracts and regulatory filings. Assist in the investigation and review of disputes and litigation. Attend meetings and negotiations with legal team members. Summarize and organize legal documents and information. Collaborate with the legal team to provide support on various projects. What you will likely bring: Strong academic record. Excellent research and writing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. What could set you apart: Currently enrolled or recent graduate of an accredited law school.
