Overview
The Microsoft AI Monetization team plays a pivotal role in shaping how Microsoft generates value from its AI innovations, particularly through products like Copilot, Bing, Edge, and Microsoft Advertising. This cross-functional organization is responsible for driving new monetization opportunities, business growth, and pioneering bold bets in AI-driven experiences. We are seeking an accomplishedPrincipal Technical Program Managerto drive critical monetization initiatives forour Commerce Org. Thisexecution-focused rolerequires a seasoned leader who can orchestrate complex, cross-organizational programs involvingmultiple CVPs, finance partners,product,and engineering teamsto unlock new revenue opportunities while delivering exceptional user experiences.You have excellent communication skills,preferhands-on execution, anddesire to work in ambiguoussituationsthat oftenrequire0 to 1 lift.Monetization, consumer or commerceexperience is highly valued. As aPrincipal Technical Program ManagerinCommerce, you willsupportstrategy and lead execution to turnuser intent into trusted commercial outcomes. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
