Role Objective

Lead and manage the systems-focused team within Customer Service Operations, including System Specialists and Systems Analysts. Ensure the integrity, scalability, and optimization of ERP, CRM, and automation platforms that support customer service workflows. Drive digital transformation initiatives and act as the technical liaison between business operations and IT.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Oversee system performance and integration for SAP, Salesforce, Conexiom, and EDI workflows.
  • Manage technical resources and ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Champion automation and process optimization to improve efficiency and customer experience.


Team Leadership



  • Manage System Specialists and Systems Analysts; provide coaching and technical guidance.
  • Develop team capabilities in ERP/CRM systems and automation tools.


System Management



  • Monitor and maintain system performance for call center technology, SAP order processing, and Salesforce workflows.
  • Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with allocation rules, OOS standards, and data integrity.


Process Optimization



  • Lead integration projects for automation platforms (Conexiom) and EDI connections.
  • Develop advanced dashboards and reporting for fulfillment and system performance.
  • Partner with IT and business teams to implement digital transformation initiatives.


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Act as SME for system-related projects; influence technology strategy.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Operations leadership to align systems with business needs.

Education and Experience

  • Expert ERP/CRM knowledge (SAP, Salesforce).BI tools (Tableau, Power BI); advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and integration concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical certifications preferred.
  • 8-10 years in customer service/operations.
  • Minimum 4 years in leadership roles managing multiple teams or functions.

Supervision/Coordination


  • Leads other leaders; mentors managers and senior specialists.






  • Influences enterprise-level projects and organizational change.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected starting pay for this role is between 92,200.00 - 126,800.00 per year. Within this range, an offer will depend on factors such as level of experience and technical competencies relevant to this specific role, as well as internal equity considerations.
