Junior Graphic Designer Contractor
Location: Onsite initially in one of our 150 offices nearest you. Fully remote after 6 months of proven responsibility.

Employment Type: Part-Time, 20 hours per week, you decide the schedule within that 20 hours
Salary range/1099: $20-$30/hour depending on experience.
Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for an earlycareer designer who is comfortable working within established brand guidelines while also contributing fresh ideas.
You will assist in producing digital and print assets, updating existing materials, and supporting website content through WordPress editing. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow skills in branding, digital design, and production.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and edit visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and internal communications.
  • Resize, adapt, and update existing creative based on brand guidelines.
  • Assist in layout and production work using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Support web content updates in WordPress.
  • Maintain consistency across all visual materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver assets on deadline.
  • Organize design files and follow proper naming and versioning standards.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Strong foundational graphic design skills, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy and color theory
  • Ability to perform light WordPress editing (no coding required; page updates, media uploads, swapping images, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of preparing files for print and digital use.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to take direction and adapt to feedback.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Familiarity with website coding
  • Understanding of simple animation or motion graphics (optional)
