Salary: $85,280 - $101,920 / $41/hr - $49/hr

Position Requirements

-Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred
-0-2 years experience in mechanical design for new and existing commercial buildings preferred
-EIT preferred
-Proficient with Revit and Autocad preferred
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
-Willingness to learn mechanical code

Working Knowledge

-Strong interest in building science, thermodynamics, and HVAC design
-Ability to communicate effectively with people through oral presentations and written communications
-Ability to work well under pressure, juggle, and prioritize multiple projects
-Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, creative, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
-Strong interpersonal skills and experience in the desire to learn how to build strong client relationships
-Knowledgeable with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
