Responsibilities Job SummaryThe Director of Nursing Workforce & Academic Partnerships serves as a key leader in advancing HonorHealth'snursing/clinical workforce strategy. The role strengthens the clinical education pipeline, supportsMagnetaligned professional development, and stewards highvalueacademic partnershipsthat prepare nurses and clinical learners for successful careers at HonorHealth. Operating withinCCE, the Director partners withHR/Enterprise Workforce Development (EWD)to create a seamless, collaborative, systemwide experience. Together, the teams ensure clear pathways forclinical(CCEowned) andnonclinical(HR/EWDowned) learners, reduce barriers, and build an aligned, futureready workforce. The Director maintainsclear ownership of clinical/nursing workforce developmentwhile embracing a positive, "oneteam" relationship with HR/EWD for shared priorities and smooth handoffs.
