We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to support the MRM suite of healthcare applications, including CPC, CRP, Digital, and CIM. This role is critical to ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of mission critical systems used by both internal teams and external customers. This is a hands-on, high ownership role that requires deep technical troubleshooting skills, strong operational discipline, and domain expertise in healthcare, with a focus on retrospective risk workflows. The role includes on call responsibilities and may require off hours and weekend support. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
