How You'll Contribute:



The Senior Producer - Live & Broadcast Events is responsible for planning, leading, and executing high-visibility live, hybrid, virtual, and broadcast productions. This role owns the production lifecycle end-to-end-from project intake and show design through rehearsal, live execution, and post-event wrap.



The Producer serves as the primary production lead, ensuring events are well-scoped, tightly run, and delivered with consistency, professionalism, and confidence-particularly in executive and C-suite-facing environments.



What You'll Do:



Production Leadership



  • Lead production planning and execution for live in-person, hybrid, virtual, and broadcast events
  • Own run-of-show development, rehearsal planning, show flow, and cueing
  • Translate business and creative objectives into executable production plans
  • Ensure productions are delivered on time, on brand, and to stakeholder expectations


Executive & Stakeholder Engagement



  • Serve as the primary production contact for senior leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare executives and presenters through rehearsals, briefings, and show walk-throughs
  • Manage expectations clearly while maintaining calm authority during live events
  • Act as a trusted partner in high-pressure, high-visibility moments


Live, Hybrid & Virtual Production



  • Produce hybrid events combining in-person audiences and virtual platforms
  • Lead large-scale virtual productions, including events with tens of thousands of attendees
  • Oversee audience experience across platforms, ensuring continuity and reliability
  • Adapt quickly to scope changes, executive feedback, or last-minute pivots


Studio & Broadcast Production



  • Produce studio-based broadcasts and live shows
  • Maintain working knowledge of control room and live studio environments
  • Coordinate closely with technical teams to ensure production readiness and smooth execution
  • Partner with engineering leadership as needed while remaining production-focused


Project & Process Management



  • Manage production timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent events
  • Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced production environment
  • Contribute to standardized production workflows and documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement in production planning and execution



Work Environment



  • Onsite/ in-office at our client facility in Santa Clara CA
  • Schedule flexibility required based on live production needs



What You'll Bring:



Education & Certifications:



  • High school Diploma/ GED
  • Bachelors Degree preferred



Required Skills/Qualifications:




  • 5+ years producing live, hybrid, and virtual events
  • Proven experience producing simultaneous in-person and virtual productions
  • Experience leading large-scale virtual events (10,000+ attendees)
  • Direct experience working with C-suite and executive leadership
  • Hands-on experience in live studio and broadcast environments
  • Strong understanding of production workflows and live show execution


  • Exceptional production judgment under live conditions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Ability to lead teams and talent without micromanaging
  • Comfortable making fast decisions in dynamic environments



Desired Skills/Qualifications:




  • Broadcast or televised production experience
  • Experience producing high-profile, externally visible events
  • Familiarity working alongside executive producers or broadcast partners
