Customer Solutions Architect

Nokia of America Corporation, Customer Solutions Architect, Dallas, TX.

• Perform customer requirement gathering and solution design (High and Low Level) for projects that require the implementation of Nokia Products from Service Assurance and Orchestration domain.

• Support Cloud and Infra dimensioning and perform deployment verification and validation.

• Respond to questions, concerns and open points from a customer solution view, and provide clarification and troubleshooting.

• Identify new requirements from customers, through project implementation or ad-hoc customer interactions.

• Support the implementation of Nokia Orchestration solutions (FlowOne, UIV and NORC), being a senior advisor, giving valuable inputs to improve customer business solutions, guiding project team on Software Best Practices and delivery methodologies.

• Create Epics, review user stories, define and review acceptance criteria.

• Support project managers in reviewing project schedule, issues, risks, and action plans. #LI-DNI

Telecommunicating from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience (of which, 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience). Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following:

• Orchestration and service fulfillment, including project implementation, customer operation and solution

deployment;

• Virtualization stack, including Kubernetes or hypervisor;

• Requirement gathering and solution design in HLD and LLD documentation.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with the following:

• Application and Storage containerization.

Domestic travel up to 25% required.

International travel up to 10% required.
