This position will be responsible for the overall management of the Order Entry/Vendor Management operational teams. Specific to the servicing oversight group, this position is responsible for the day-to-day performance management of a team of title production coordinators as well as the management of vendor relationships.

Essential Functions

  • Manage workflow queues and various systems while meeting or exceeding service level agreements.

  • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources.

  • Provide training and mentoring to new and existing staff as needed.

  • Manage personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.

  • Develop, revise, and implement processes and procedures.

  • Manage and monitor service level agreements according to client agreements and contracts.

  • Work with direct reports to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.

  • Manage receipt of client production and delivery of orders to and from the vendor network.

  • Resolve escalated exceptions from the client and/or vendor.

  • Support Operational Leaders with daily reconciliation. Researching and providing details regarding any variances to the proper Managers to be cured immediately in effort to meet our client's contractual SLA's (Service Level Agreements).

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Associate degree and equivalent industry experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

  • Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.

  • At least 1 year's experience managing a team.

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience required.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location.

Physical Demands and Activities

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is frequently required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; frequently position self to maintain files; rarely moves boxes weighing up to 10 lbs. The employee is rarely required to operate heavy machinery and/or power tools. Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in the presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
