Description: Position Title: Project Coordinator Duration: 2 Years Location/Site: Remote-based in Lake County. IL Top 3 - 5 Skills Needed for each role 1. Finance and budgeting skills 2. Good Communication skills 3. Team Player 4. Microsoft Office (especially Excel expert) Lots of trackers, using formulas within the sheets Pivot tables, formulas, and moving progress from one sheet to another 5. Organisational skills Travel Required: Y/N Job Description: * Complete Supplier evaluations for the Insight Farm supplier list (US) o Working with suppliers via phone and email to (re) evaluate on a specific cadence 1. Completing ADCT, SEY and TPSE processes o Maintain tracker for accuracy o Assist researchers (US) with addition of new suppliers. * Insight Farm Support o Support both internal and external stakeholders with the Insight Farm system o Training MR Researchers and vendors on Insight Farm system o Attend virtually Support meetings (3x/wk) o Track Other Services projects from inception to completion. o Maintain a tracker to assist with organization o Troubleshoot the system to understand how it operates * Are you open to look at candidates who are willing to relocate? Examples: Bachelor of Science; 4-year pharma, health care, or regulated industry * Does this position offer the ability to work remotely on a regular basis or is it an on-site role? M - F 8-5, Fully Remote for Local candidates Lake County Current policy allows contractors to work remote but FTE's are onsite 3/days/week Local to ensure if policy changes, contractor will not be able to make it to the office.... No travel required Insight Farm experience will not be out there. SRM system is layered similar to how Insight Farm works so candidates must be able to grasp full spectrum of system and the various steps needed to work within the application.
