NOTE: This position is Remote from Alpharetta, GA but can change to 2 days onsite

Job Title: QA Analyst - II



Duration: 30 Months i.e., 2.5 Years (Including extensions)



Client: One of top in fortune 100 companies.



Job Title: QA Analyst - II

Location: Multiple Locations (Alpharetta, GA and Temple Terrace, FL)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Alpharetta, GA and Temple Terrace, FL are preferred but willing to hire in a different location for the right candidate

Working Model: Hybrid- We currently do not have any in office requirements, but a candidate should be prepared to come in 2 times a week.

Responsibilities



  • Develops and maintains test scenarios and end user test scripts to verify new functionality performs as designed and meets customer needs
  • Utilizes automation software and implement automation best practices
  • Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper operations, documents all problems and works to resolve them
  • Responsible for ensuring software releases and documentation meet requirements, are installed correctly, and executed with quality
  • Responsible for creating and executing regression testing, test plans, and performing the builds of applications
  • Assembles and build software project plans
  • Communicate with customers (internal and external) regarding installation issues and software defects
  • Perform quality assurance testing for applications


Must have:



  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Prefer degree in Computer Information System or MIS
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a QA/UAT Analyst role
  • Experience with Tosca automation platform
  • Ability to maintain and run automation scripts
  • Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy - ability to transform end-user requirements into system and end user test cases
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various business systems and processes as well as testing tools and methodologies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to work efficiently while meeting tight deadlines and multiple competing priorities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment and ability to think outside the box in order to ensure testing is thorough
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative in researching problems and proposing solutions
  • Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours to complete project tasks and coordinate migrations and/or calls with stakeholders in various time zones after hours
  • Knowledge of salesforce
