What makes this role important at Ipsos?

The Head of Offer & Commercial Development, NA Data Labs is the chief product and innovation officer, as well as the primary commercial and relationship leader for Data Labs.

This role is responsible for:



  • Designing, packaging, and launching unique, market-driven data and analytics offers that create new revenue streams and provide a unique value proposition to Ipsos clients.
  • Partnering with our client organization, business development team and service lines to drive business sales
  • Managing key client relationships, ensuring our powerful offers are successfully taken to market.



What you can expect to be doing:



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead market-driven innovation, using direct client feedback and market demand to develop new, unique integration offers.
  • Position analytics as a strategic, revenue-generating offering, not just a supporting cost center.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to embed analytics and Behavioral Science frameworks into existing and newly developed offers.
  • Complement and enhance the power of products and services provided by Ipsos's main Service Lines, creating a unique value proposition.
  • Work in close partnership with the Client Development and Marketing (CO) teams to package offers for maximum sales impact.
  • Develop the go-to-market strategy for new analytical products and solutions.
  • Develop and execute business plans for targeted clients, reflecting strong strategic thinking and a clear path for delivering profitable growth.
  • Act as the key strategic advisor and executive sponsor for the Data Labs' most important clients.
  • Build and grow deep relationships with cross-divisional business units, Service Lines, and the central Commercial Organization (CO) to deliver integrated products to clients.
  • Provide thought leadership directly to clients on matters of data analytics and integration.

This might be the job for you if you have:



  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or related fields
  • Broad knowledge of the field (market trends, client needs, analytics)
  • Able to work under broad direction
  • Strong relationship building and influence skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience driving revenue through analytics
  • Expertise in data integration, advanced analytics, and business intelligence
  • Proven leadership and diplomacy working with multiple stakeholders



Preferred Qualifications




  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics)
  • Experience in market research or behavioral science
  • Familiarity with tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $280,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
