We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Brand & Creative who will serve as the steward of the Richard brand, shaping how we show up in the market, how our people experience our purpose internally, and how our story scales with our growth.

This is not a production-only role. This is a creative leadership role responsible for translating strategy into powerful experiences - across events, campaigns, communications, and culture. The Marketing Manager, Brand & Creative is the brand architect and experience designer for Richard.

You will own the creative vision, execution, and consistency of our brand across external marketing, internal communications, executive engagements, and cultural moments. You will partner closely with executive leadership, HR, operations, and third-party creative vendors to ensure every touchpoint reflects our Brand Promise: Build with Purpose. Live with Passion.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and vendor management. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth environment and understands how to scale brand presence while preserving authenticity.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal guardian of Richard's brand voice, visual identity, and messaging consistency

  • Develop and maintain templated assets for company-wide use (presentations, proposals, internal materials, etc.)

  • Ensure alignment across physical environments, apparel, digital platforms, and communications

Outcome: A consistent, elevated brand presence across all internal and external touchpoints.

Tradeshows & Executive Engagements

  • Lead creative strategy, design, messaging, and execution for national conferences annually

  • Own booth design, vendor coordination, collateral, and experiential elements

  • Support executive preparation for panels, speaking engagements, and industry events

Outcome: High-impact brand experiences that drive new project opportunities and strengthen industry positioning.

Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Design and execute the creative experience for industry days, lunch & learns, town halls, and annual company-wide award events

  • Partner with HR and leadership to elevate cultural moments (annual recognition awards, milestone celebrations)

  • Ensure events reinforce Richard's purpose-building identity

Outcome: Memorable, on-brand experiences that deepen employee engagement and external credibility.

Campaigns, Media & Storytelling

  • Help shape narrative direction for campaigns promoting project wins and talent acquisition

  • Partner with third-party media vendors on video production and digital storytelling

  • Oversee content consistency across LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms (including podcast initiatives)

Outcome: Compelling storytelling that drives customer acquisition, embeds company culture, and attracts A-Player talent.

Photo & Video Strategy

  • Establish field capture standards for project photography and video

  • Direct outside photo/video partners

  • Curate visual content for website, proposals, and social channels

Outcome: A dynamic, high-quality visual library that reflects excellence in execution.

Purpose Builder & Community Activation

  • Partner with the CEO and HR to activate our three corporate pillars:

  • Community Wellness

  • Technology Progress

  • Environmental Stewardship

  • Concept and produce volunteer experiences that connect brand, media, and employee engagement

  • Amplify impact stories internally and externally

Outcome: A purpose-driven employer brand that aligns community engagement with market credibility.

Internal & Executive Communications

  • Point person for newsletters, intranet storytelling, and executive messaging support

  • Align messaging for quarterly town halls, annual business planning, and future Five-Year Plan presentations

  • Ensure internal communications reinforce transparency and cultural alignment

Outcome: Clear, inspiring communication that strengthens alignment and trust across the organization.

Brand Merchandise & Visual Presence

  • Oversee design and manage branded apparel and gear programs

  • Ensure field teams and office personnel represent the brand professionally

  • Manage inventory and vendor relationships

Outcome: A polished, professional, and recognizable Richard brand presence across jobsites, offices, and events that reinforces pride, unity, and credibility in the field and marketplace.

Employer Feedback & Brand Insight Collaboration

  • Partner with HR on employee, client, and subcontractor survey communications

  • Translate insights into messaging improvements and brand refinements

Outcome: Clear, actionable insight loops that translate client and employee feedback into measurable brand, communication, and experience improvements - reinforcing Richard's commitment to transparency and continuous growth.
