Join us as a Key Account Specialist Your main responsibilities
Billing Accuracy and Efficiency: - Prepare daily invoicing for Key account customers; - Ensure all Billings (EI and NI) are completed timely and in accordance with Key Customer contract terms and conditions; - Responsible for accuracy of key customers special billing rates; - Upload invoices to 3rd party billing platforms and provide required documentation including but not limited to work orders, purchase orders and time tickets as required. Collections efficiency: - Responsible for driving improvement in DSO, Bad Debt Expense and AR Aging; - Continually check invoice status in 3rd party platforms and resolve rejected invoices or invoices placed on hold by key customers. - Involve key account managers, district offices and liaise directly with key customers to resolve key customer account invoice disputes. Set timeframes for resolution and monitor for completion; - Communicate with key customers discuss discrepancies, investigate complaints, verify accuracy of charges, correct errors in accounts and confirm payment date; - Provide statement of account to customers, Key Account managers and others upon request - Escalation of disputes to management as needed. What you bring
Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or Associate Degree with additional work experience in billing or collections is required 2-5 years general work experiance What's in it for you?
