Position Summary:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for getting compelling, onbrand content created and published across Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) social channels, including Training HAUS and other affiliated brands - with a focus on building community, supporting campaigns, and elevating the overall brand experience.

This role leads daytoday content execution, manages the social content calendar, and serves as the primary owner of community management, partnering closely with the creative team and Business Analyst to connect content ideas to measurable results.

The ideal candidate is organized, detailoriented, and energized by a fastpaced environment where multiple projects and platforms are in motion at once. They are a strong writer and confident communicator who enjoys collaboration, brings new content ideas to the table, and uses data and insights to continually refine what gets posted and why.

This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, some possible weekends or outside of business hours if due to events out of our Bloomington office.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Job Functions:

Content Creation



  • Manages the daytoday execution of social media content across key channels, ensuring timely and accurate posting.
  • Owns and updates the social media content calendar, aligning posts with marketing campaigns, events, and key organizational priorities.
  • Utilize existing templates, create content and partner with the TCO creative team.
  • Ensures all content reflects TCO brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team and clinics to surface new content ideas.
  • Coordinates timing and sequencing of posts to support campaign launches, announcements, and other marketing initiatives.



Community Management



  • Publishes social content across all TCO social channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
  • Monitors comments, messages, and mentions on TCO social channels and responds promptly in a professional, brandappropriate manner.
  • Escalates sensitive or complex issues to the appropriate internal team members following established workflows.
  • Helps nurture an engaged online community by encouraging conversation, highlighting usergenerated content when appropriate, and reinforcing TCO's brand values.
  • Assists in identifying testimonials and content opportunities from the online community and routes them to the creative team as needed.



Reporting and Analytics

The Social Media Manager will partner closely with the Business Analyst to:



  • Review performance of organic social content to inform future content creation efforts.
  • Request and utilize website data requests (e.g., topviewed pages, top search terms, drop off rates) to shape content calendars and community responses.
  • Participate in regular reporting and review sessions to identify what's working, what's not, and where to test new approaches.
  • Share qualitative feedback from the social community back to help inform website updates, CRM/email strategy, and broader research efforts.



Project Management



  • Review performance of organic social content to inform future content creation efforts.
  • Request and utilize website data requests (e.g., topviewed pages, top search terms, drop off rates) to shape content calendars and community responses.
  • Participate in regular reporting and review sessions to identify what's working, what's not, and where to test new approaches.
  • Share qualitative feedback from the social community back to help inform website updates, CRM/email strategy, and broader research efforts.



Additional Functions



  • Helps execute on broader marketing initiatives by integrating social media components into campaigns and events.
  • Supports coordination with digital tools and platforms (e.g., social scheduling and monitoring tools) in partnership with the Business Analyst and Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Assists with simple boosting or promotion of posts as directed, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.



Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of related experience in social media management or digital marketing for a brand, agency or organization.
  • Strong organization, communication, and timemanagement skills -including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience managing social media channels for a brand (e.g., planning content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media management, design and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Canva or similar).
  • Basic understanding of how websites, CRM/email, and social channels work together in an integrated digital ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with creative, digital, and crossfunctional partners.
  • Ability to take ideas and put them into action, finding creative solutions within existing brand and compliance guidelines.

Working Conditions:



  • Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 or more hours per day).
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching within the office environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry office supplies or files weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents.
  • Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly.
  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer).



Setting:



  • Office
  • Part-time remote work with required days in-office, as determined by department needs.
