Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital roadmap for a B2B manufacturing business that sells through a dealer network. This role is responsible for driving digital growth, increasing market share, and generating qualified leads by creating best-in-class digital experiences across platforms.

The ideal candidate blends technical expertise, marketing strategy, and UX/UI sensibility, and thrives in a collaborative environment with Product Management and Sales.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Roadmap




  • Develop, own, and execute the company's digital marketing roadmap in alignment with business and growth objectives.



  • Lead digital platform integrations across websites, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and dealer systems to ensure a seamless customer and dealer experience.



  • Oversee the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of new and existing websites.




SEO, AEO & Digital Growth




  • Lead SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility, rankings, and share of voice across search and AI-driven platforms.



  • Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize content and technical SEO to grow digital market share.




Campaign Execution & Lead Generation




  • Plan and execute digital promotional and product campaigns across owned, paid, and earned channels.



  • Partner closely with Product Management to translate product positioning into compelling digital content and campaigns.



  • Collaborate with Sales and dealer partners to drive qualified leads and support dealer success through digital channels.




User Experience & Conversion Optimization




  • Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure intuitive, engaging, and high-performing digital experiences.



  • Design and execute A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies to improve lead quality and volume.



  • Analyze user behavior and performance data to inform ongoing improvements.




Analytics & Performance


  • Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.



  • Use insights to refine strategy, improve ROI, and guide future investments.




Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).



  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B manufacturing or industrial markets.



  • Proven experience managing websites, digital platforms, and marketing technology integrations.



  • Strong expertise in SEO, AEO, and digital analytics.



  • Hands-on experience executing digital campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads.



  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, conversion optimization, and testing methodologies.



  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and external partners or dealer networks.
