The Digital Analytics Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping how cross tier and Connected Funnel performance are measured, understood, and communicated across Stellantis' U.S. digital ecosystem. This position drives a unified analytical approach across websites, media, lead engagement, and customer pathways-ensuring insights are comprehensive, accurate, and strategically aligned. The role blends analytical depth, operational leadership, and storytelling to elevate how the organization evaluates digital effectiveness and identifies growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Cross Tier & Connected Funnel Strategy



  • Establish a cohesive Cross Tier measurement framework that unifies performance across the full digital ecosystem
  • Embed Connected Funnel principles to link audience behavior, engagement, and lead readiness into a seamless analytical view
  • Strengthen alignment between internal teams and agency partners to ensure consistency in methodology and interpretation


Agency & Resource Management



  • Provide strategic oversight to analytics partners, guiding their work and ensuring alignment with broader cross tier and funnel objectives
  • Coordinate priorities and deliverables to maintain smooth execution of measurement and reporting initiatives


Data Tagging & Implementation



  • Lead governance of tagging standards across digital platforms to ensure structured, stable, KPIdriven data collection
  • Supervise updates and enhancements to tagging logic as cross tier and Connected Funnel measurement needs evolve


Advanced Analytics & Insights



  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of user behavior and Cross Tier activity to identify performance drivers and uncover opportunities
  • Generate funnelbased analytical perspectives to improve understanding of the customer journey from awareness to lead conversion


Anomaly Detection & Quality Assurance



  • Ensure reporting accuracy by routinely validating data sources and flagging irregularities that may impact insights
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively


Lead Reporting & Funnel Analysis



  • Analyze Connected Funnel lead flow across digital channels, identifying friction points and opportunities that influence sales readiness
  • Provide clarity on how users progress through Cross Tier touchpoints and what factors strengthen or weaken conversion performance


Experience Optimization & A/B Testing



  • Oversee testing strategies to assess the impact of UX and content variations
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations that enhance digital engagement and funnel performance


Reporting & Visualization



  • Build intuitive dashboards and performance summaries that distill complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Evolve reporting structures to better support strategic decisionmaking across Cross Tier and Connected Funnel initiatives


Strategic Storytelling



  • Craft compelling narratives that explain performance outcomes, contextualize trends, and guide leadership toward highimpact opportunities
  • Communicate insights in a way that resonates with both technical and business audiences

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 8 years supporting dealer digital programs, including website analytics, lead engagement, and digital media performance
  • Strong background in digital analytics, ideally within an automotive or Cross Tier environment
  • Experience guiding agency partners and internal analytics teams with consistent execution
  • Expertise with analytics and testing platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and tag management systems
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, communication, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fastmoving, crossfunctional environment
