Senior Cost Manager

Atkins Ralis USA Inc. seeks Senior Cost Manager in Tampa, FL: Review and issue cost reports. Review cash flow and issues, with cost report, to the clients team. Review change orders. Provide procurement services for construction/engineering. Overview and report to client on contractor buyout of subcontract bid packages. Provide cost information on value engineering analysis. Carry out earned value analysis. Review the contractors close out administration. Assist client with cost information relating to legal issues due to non performance by the contractors or engineering services and mechanical liens etc. Requirements: Masters degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural), Economics, Construction, or Quantity Surveying and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Knowledge of: Administration of construction contracts for liens and AIA contracts; Procurement and tendering; Design economics; Cost analysis and benchmarking; Project financial and cost reporting; Cost Estimating; Building Construction Technology, Elements, and United States Internation Building Codes (IBC); Quantity takeoff and New Rules of Measurement; Change Management; Reviewing Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract and negotiation; Construction economics (construction network platform); and, CostX, Auto CAD, CAD Measure, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam. May be assigned to unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S. Remote working or telecommuting permitted in all U.S. States.
