This role is responsible for the strategic development and daily management of a comprehensive protection program that addresses both physical and digital risks in a global environment.

The Director will ensure that protective measures are integrated seamlessly into the business, allowing executives to perform their duties safely and efficiently. This position requires a professional who can balance high-level security requirements with the practical needs of a corporate setting, maintaining the highest standards of discretion and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a 24/7 global executive protection strategy that integrates physical security, secure logistics, and technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM).

  • Collaborating with the Global Fusion & Intel Center (GFIC) to mitigate "Executive Identity" risks, reducing the digital footprint of the C-Suite to prevent physical targeting.

  • Overseeing all aspects of protective details, including residential security, office safety, and high-threat international travel.

  • Synthesizing real-time intelligence to conduct continuous risk assessments for principals, identifying emerging threats from domestic extremism to sophisticated deep-fake phishing.

  • Acting as the primary security lead during high-stakes events, board of directors meetings, special events and crisis situations, coordinating with Federal, State, and International law enforcement.

What we're looking for... You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Ten or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Ten or more years of experience in protective services (Military Special Operations, Federal Law Enforcement, or Corporate Security), with at least 5 years specifically in a Corporate Executive Protection role at a global scale.

  • Seven or more years in a senior management position, with a demonstrated track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and global vendor networks.

  • Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a government-issued permit to carry a concealed weapon (CCW) and meet all federal, state, and local requirements for armed professional security.

  • SIS CPP (Certified Protection Professional) is required.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, National Security, Computer Science or related field. Master's degree or MBA highly preferred.

  • Expert-level proficiency in OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) tools for threat monitoring and experience with Counter-UAS (Drone) mitigation strategies.
