Compensation Analyst, Senior

The Opportunity:
Serve as a subject matter expert in compensation analysis and administration, assisting in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of domestic and international compensation programs and policies that ensure both market competitiveness and regulatory compliance. Lead market pricing and benchmarking efforts,maintainand update salary structures, and oversee the administration of annual compensation processes. Leverage strong analytical capabilities to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for competitive analyses, job profile grade assignments, and geographic pay differentials. Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the design and execution of sales compensation programs, ensuring adherence to Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA )and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Employ advanced analyticalexpertiseandproficiencywith technology tools to model data, streamline processes, and deliver precise,timelycompensation solutions. Participatein compensation surveys and conduct market pricing and benchmarkingto ensure competitive pay practices.Continuouslymonitorand analyze compensation market trends using both established survey sources and real-time data platforms to ensuretimely, competitive pay insights.Maintainand administer salary structuresand geographic differentials, including updates and alignment withexternalmarket trends.Manage job profile grade assignments and changes in alignment with organizational frameworks.Conducts competitive assessments by analyzing internal pay data against external market trends to evaluate pay positioning,identifygapsand supportdata-driven recommendations aligned with organizational compensation strategy and compliance requirements.Support the annual salary planning process, including budgeting, administration, and reporting.Ensure compliance with DCAA, SOX, and internal audit requirements throughaccuratecompensation reporting and documentation. Leverage advanced Excel skills and other analytical tools to createcomplexmodels, forecast trends, and develop data-driven recommendations for leadership.Manage and evolve the compensation technology ecosystem-includingMarketPay, Workday Advanced Compensation, and AI-enabled platforms-to deliver real-time insights, streamline processes, and continuously improve compensation outcomes.Partner with HR, finance,and other stakeholdersto deliver compensation solutions that support organizational strategy. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis and administration
  • Experience with survey participation, market pricing, and benchmarking
  • Experience with salary structure maintenance, gradechanges,and geographic differentials
  • Experience in government contracting environments
  • Experience with annual merit process, including budget setting
  • Experience with compensation tools such asMarketPayor Workday Advanced Compensation
  • Experience using AI-enabled platforms or tools to support analysis, decision-making, or process optimization
  • Experience using Microsoft excel for advanced data modeling and analytics
  • Knowledge of DCAA compliance
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
