You will help to deter security-related incidents through visible patrols, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the tech, media, and telecom location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel and/or local authorities as needed.
• Support emergency response activities according to site guidelines and Allied Universal standards.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and foster a secure environment for staff and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
