The Assistant Office Manager greatly contributes to this work supporting the department staff team and operations. They are the lead triage person for support cases and oversee and manage all financial processes for the department. Financial Oversight

Salary Range: The annual base salary for this position is $65,000-70,000 When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer alignment, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations. #LI-MN1 Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree Accounting Or Bachelor's degree in related field(s) Addtional Education Requirements Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 2 years experience in a professional finance environment. Minimum Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated experience managing complex departmental financial processes and records. Preferred Experience: 3 years experience in a professional finance environment. Preferred Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
