As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Center - Full Time in Athens, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will play a key role in communication and coordination, providing exceptional customer service while supporting access control measures. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Operate as a dispatcher, coordinating communication between security-related personnel and responding units within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and document incidents and critical situations, responding in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain communication logs and incident reports to support site operations and assist in investigations.
• Assist with controlling access to the premises by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
• Support Allied Universal management and site leadership in implementing security-related protocols and emergency response plans.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
