As an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols within the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Working environments and conditions may vary depending on the location.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual situations to management and/or law enforcement as required.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and/or assisting visitors as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols or assigned duties.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client staff to address security-related concerns and support a positive workplace atmosphere.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
