Why You'll Love This Role * Work remotely (with specific requirements) after completing in-office training. * Be part of a mission-driven team that supports healthcare access. * Gain experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What You'll Do * Handle 100+ inbound and outbound calls daily to assist members with ride ETAs and scheduling. * Verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation services. * Enter and maintain accurate data in transportation management systems. * Provide empathetic, professional support to a diverse customer base. * Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance). What We're Looking For * Minimum 1 year of call center experience (any industry). * Ability to manage high-volume calls and multitask effectively. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. * Dedicated workspace and hardwired internet connection (30 Mbps minimum)-no hotspots. * Availability to work in Central Time Zone and attend mandatory training. * Must not be in a caretaking role during work hours.
