At New Relic, we build an intelligent platform that empowers companies to thrive in an AI-first world by giving them unparalleled insight into their complex systems. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we're looking for passionate people to join our mission. If you're ready to help the world's best companies optimize their digital applications, we invite you to explore a career with us!

Your opportunity

Are you tired of seeing high-potential deals slowed down by red tape and outdated workflows? This is your chance to step into a high-influence role where you aren't just following a process-you are the architect of it. Reporting directly to our Senior Director of Deal Management and Operations, you will have the autonomy to dismantle bottlenecks and rebuild the Opportunity to Quote (O2Q) lifecycle for maximum velocity.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to skip the commute and focus your energy on driving tangible change from the comfort of your home office. You will be the primary change agent in our mission to scale, enjoying the trust and freedom to follow your instincts and make decisions you truly believe in.

What You'll Do:

  • Architect Efficiency: Conduct deep-dive analyses of our end-to-end O2Q process to identify and eliminate non-value-added steps that hinder growth.
  • Master New Tech: Lead the implementation and optimisation of Salesforce RevCloud, ensuring our team stays at the absolute forefront of sales technology.
  • Drive Sales Velocity: Propose and implement system enhancements and policy shifts that allow our Sales teams to move faster and win more often.
  • Standardise Excellence: Create the "gold standard" for our operations by documenting future-state processes and SOPs that ensure global consistency.
  • Empower the Team: Partner with Sales Enablement to translate complex processes into easy-to-digest playbooks and training modules that the team will actually enjoy using.
  • Measure Impact: Define and track key metrics-like cycle time and sales velocity-to provide transparent proof of how your improvements are moving the needle.

This Role Requires:

  • Proven Expertise: Substantial experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Improvement, with a deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash journey.
  • A Methodical Mindset: Ability to use process improvement methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma) to turn complex business workflows into streamlined, measurable results.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce; specifically, the ability to leverage RevCloud to streamline work processes.
  • Analytical Rigour: The ability to define metrics, analyse data, and interpret trends to inform critical process decisions.
  • Exceptional Communication: The skills to influence stakeholders at all levels, driving adoption of new systems and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Bonus Points:

  • You have experience navigating the unique challenges of a Challenger Brand or a rapidly scaling environment.
  • You hold advanced certifications in Process Improvement (e.g., Black Belt) or Project Management.
  • You have a track record of "stepping up" to lead larger, more complex cross-functional projects than your current remit allows.
