As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols and remain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents at an automotive location. Your role will involve engaging with people, providing outstanding customer service, and upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activities in and around the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site leadership regarding incidents, observations, or unusual occurrences.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and daily activities as directed by Allied Universal and site policy.
• Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
