Chiller Rehanger - Dept 343 - Belgravia (Days)

Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Transfer tubs of product that is ready to be aged from the line to a pallet.
2. Shovel ice into tubs, attach lid and stacked tubs onto pallet.
3. Retrieve empty tub from a stack of tubs and place under a chute on the line.
4. Pull lever to fill tub with breast meat.
5. Transfer pallet of product from staging area to the aging room utilizing an electric pallet jack.
6. Rehang birds from a conveyor line, hanging both legs into shackles at a rate of 23 birds per minute.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete/steel platform.
• Must be able to use small hand held tools such as knives and scissors.
• Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting and lifting up to 70 pounds.
• Able to work in a cold, warm or wet environment.
• Able to work around moving equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
